I went to my first ever Twins Fest this year. I and The Family and The In-Laws. It actually turned out to be a fairly good deal. With our tickets we received vouchers for free Upper Club seats. That’s a pretty good value!
Mostly we walked around, hunted out T.C. Bear, and just took in the sites. I didn’t see very many players at Twins Fest. There were a TON of people and long, long lines.
According to the Baseball Hall of Fame folks manning the area, the Twins are the only team to request a traveling Hall of Fame exhibit for their fan appreciation event.
Of course, T.C. Bear was the biggest hit with The Kid.

I heard that when the gates opened, there was immediately a 3 hour line to get an autograph from Mauer’s sideburns.
