Hmmm… For some reason I didn’t even know we had Costco in Minnesota. I stopped over at costco.com to find a location, since I figured, well, there must be a Costco up here after all.

I think the locator form is wrapped around the search form or visa-versa. In any case, costco.com has a bug on a pretty frequent first-impression page. Not something I’d recommend.
Young, naïve me would actually email a company and tell them of these problems. I always thought an email such as this would be outwardly appreciated at the least, even if it doesn’t lead to any quick fixes. Yet I don’t think I’ve ever received a “thank you” or “we’ll get it fixed” from a single one of these messages. I have no way to measure this, but I don’t even think there has been a karmic benefit.
